Recently, we launched the very first issue of our 3rd title; Food Pocket Guide, which sits perfectly alongside Travel Pocket Guide and Student Pocket Guide. Collectively, the 3 unique titles sit beneath our Pocket Guides brand, each with a different tone, vision and target demographic. Unlike Student Pocket Guide which is published 3 times per annum, FPG and TPG are published bi-seasonally. Therefore, the first issue of Food Pocket Guide is our Spring/Summer 2018 edition.
Featuring mouth-watering recipes, cooking tips from Michelin-starred chefs, reviews and interviews with high profile people within the food and drinks industry, FPG is designed to inspire, educate and entertain people that like to cook and eat out.
To give issue 1 a huge kick-start, we exclusively interview Fred Sirieix, the front man for channel 4’s show First Dates. Fred is not just a TV personality, he’s a professional that’s been in the service industry for 25 years and talks to us about his career, running a successful Michelin-starred restaurant, inspirations and first date tips!
